And with Trabuco Bradesco was able to expand to such a level that they now control 25% of the total market share in this industry.
Trabuco and the company got a gigantic relief last year, as a high-profile tax case against them ended with the company and its CEO being cleared of all charges. Brazil had been engaging in a crackdown on alleged bribery and corruption, and Luiz Trabuco’s name was caught up in these allegations. However, after an extensive investigation the courts found that he had done nothing illegal or improper. This resulted in a huge jump in the company’s stock, as people realized that the rumors were false.
