Adam Milstein is a man who is often expressed by others as being a highly skilled influencer in the fields of business and philanthropy. Today, he is well-known for his business endeavors within his occupational responsibility as managing partner for Hager Pacific Properties and for his personal contributions as chairman and co-founder to several Pro-Israel nonprofit organizations. As managing partner to a billion-dollar real-estate investment firm like Hager Pacific, Milstein obtained professional leadership experience that equipped him with the capabilities to oversee large projects—a skill that was later applied within his philanthropic developments.
As a child growing up in Haifa, Israel, Adam Milstein was so strongly impacted by the systemic oppression from other nations upon his country that he sought to reach out and help and by joining the Israeli Defense Forces. Nonetheless, when he was just 19 years of age, Milstein was honored to serve and protect the State of Israel by fighting in the Yom Kippur War in 1973. For Milstein, serving in the war only marked the beginning of his journey to restoring the cultural freedoms of Jewish people. A few years after marrying and earning his Industrial and Business Management degree from the Israel Institute of Technology in 1981, he earned his second degree in business (MBA) from the University of Southern California in 1983. After earning his two degrees and fortifying his career within business, Adam Milstein’s real-estate profession took off and incited him with an even greater passion to fulfill philanthropic deeds.
In 2000, the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation was a project launched by Milstein and his wife to help link cultural ties between the U.S. and Israel. In addition to aiding in ways to help the youth stay connected to their Jewish identity, the foundation also provides both monetary and educational assistance to the Israeli-American population to help prepare them for future leadership roles. Furthermore, as chairman in the Israeli-American Council (IAC), Adam Milstein is responsible for setting up council meetings and lending his voice to speak on resolving cultural issues and concerns with the Jewish community. As chairman, Milstein strives to assist in ways to stop the growing trend in global Anti-Semitism and also tries to help develop ways to further expand the council across the United States.
