American football star Tom Brady has just made a surprising announcement. The famous footballer revealed that his dog Junie is actually the clone of another dog, who passed away in 2023.

A cloning that dates back two years

As reported by French newspaper Le Parisien, this cloning dates back two years. Gisele Bündchen's ex-husband wanted to clone his Pitbull cross called Lua, who was nearing the end of her life.

The star took the plunge with the company Colossal Biosciences, in which he is an investor. Tom Brady's dog isn't the only dog cloned by the company.

Paris Hilton and Barbra Streisand's dogs have also been cloned.
