TOM BRADY SHARES DOTING BIRTHDAY MESSAGE TO DAUGHTER AS SHE SHOWS GLIMPSES OF DAD'S SPORTING TALENT
NFL legend Tom Brady shared a heartwarming post to celebrate his youngest's birthday on Friday.
The 48-year-old was once again the proud dad as his daughter Vivian, the youngest of his children with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, turned 13 on December 5.
The former quarterback, who will participate in Friday's draw for the 2026 World Cup, toasted the new teenager with a carousel of sweet snaps from throughout her childhood as he gushed over his talented 'baby girl.'
'I love you more than words can describe, and you are such a blessing to me and our family every single day,' the seven-time Super Bowl winner touchingly wrote.
'Your smile lights up my life, and hearing you laugh is my favorite soundtrack. I’m so proud of you and how hard you work in school and in your sports. You put your heart into everything you do, and it inspires me more than you know.
'You’ve always been such a loving sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin, bringing so much joy to everyone in our family.
'I can’t wait to see you thrive this coming year, growing into the incredible person you’re becoming. I love our adventures together, you’re the most amazing travel partner, and I’m equally impressed by your ability to turn every trip into an epic scavenger hunt for the best ice cream or matcha latte. :)) I can’t wait for all the memories still ahead.'
Brady included several photos of him embracing his daughter throughout the years, including more recent moments together at Michigan's Thanksgiving game last week and during the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
In others, Vivian could be seen posing with her brothers, Jack, 18, who Brady shares with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, his other son with Bundchen.
Brady also hinted that she had inherited some of his athletic talent as Vivian was seen spiking the ball during a volleyball game in one photo, while another showed her and her famous father joking around in the gym.
In the more recent photos, Vivian bore a striking resemblance to her supermodel mother, whom Brady split from three years ago.
The former football star and Brazilian bombshell divorced in October 2022 after 13 years together shortly after Brady pulled a U-Turn and un-retired from football earlier that year.
After their split was announced, Bundchen repeatedly alluded to her unhappiness at how much Brady focused on his sporting career at the cost of his family, with his unretirement said to be the tipping point.
In a newsletter Brady published in July, the 47-year-old has said that he viewed his career as a central part of being a good father to his three children.
'I think part of being a great father is being a great example of doing what it takes to take care of your family,' Brady wrote. 'I chose to do it by playing football.'
He continued: 'My dedication to the sport, the hours of practice, the moments when I was laser focused - those were times when I believe I was doing the best possible thing for my family and my kids, by prioritizing my profession and teaching, by example, what it takes to be really good at your job, what it takes to follow through on commitments, what it takes to be a great teammate; and showing them, also by example, that work is a big part of all of our lives.'
Bundchen was said to have encouraged Brady to retire the first time around amid fears for his health in the game, as well as wanting them to spend more time together as a family.
