RECORDS BROKEN: AUBURN COMMIT ALVIN HENDERSON RUSHES FOR 435 YARDS AND 10 TOUCHDOWNS

Auburn fans likely did a double-take when looking at the stat line of their Elba (Ala.) High School running back commit on Saturday morning — Alvin Henderson's numbers look more like a solid full season rather than a single game.

Yet those 435 yards and 10 touchdowns on 40 carries reflected just one night. Henderson, a four-star senior, demolished the defense of McKenzie (Ala.) High School, setting Alabama single-game records for rushing touchdowns and points (66, as he had three two-point conversions), he helped Elba keep up with McKenzie's attack and get to overtime.

Despite his heroics, Elba fell 80-79 as McKenzie's defense finally won out and stopped Elba on a two-point conversion, according to WDHN.

Henderson, who flipped from Penn State to Auburn in June, celebrated by going to the Auburn game on Saturday, attending alongside Notre Dame commit Deuce Knight, an elite quarterback in the class of 2025.

Ten touchdowns in the evening and then an assist on the recruiting trail the next morning? There's nothing Henderson can't do in a given weekend.

Ranked as the No. 7 running back in the class and No. 125 player overall, Henderson has absolutely dominated so far this season. In the season-opening win, he rushed for 325 yards on 19 carries. In the second game, he posted 181 yards and three touchdowns.

After getting into the end zone for the first time in the season in that second week, he decided he didn't want to stop. Ten more on Friday, increasing his season stats to 941 yards and 13 touchdowns in just three weeks.
