ESPN COMPUTER PREDICTS NFL'S 5 WORST TEAMS IN 2024
The 2024 NFL regular season is right around the corner, as teams are about a month away from reporting for training camp, with preseason games and the regular season soon to follow.
Who will be holding the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft next spring?
According to ESPN's computer model, the Football Power Index, five awful teams will be in play for the top overall selection in next year's NFL Draft.
They are:
- New England Patriots
- Carolina Panthers
- Denver Broncos
- Tennessee Titans
- New York Giants
The Patriots are projected to be the NFL's worst team in 2024, according to the ESPN Football Power Index. ESPN's computer model has the Patriots winning just five games in 2024.
The Panthers, Broncos, Titans and Giants aren't projected to be much better, as they're all projected to win between five and seven games in 2024.
But if ESPN's projections are proven to be right, the Patriots will have the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft next spring.
